Privacy

Last updated: 13 July 2026

MindStall takes a simple approach to privacy: collect only what is necessary, use it only for the stated purpose, and be clear about both. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do not do.

What we collect

Newsletter

When you join the newsletter, we receive your email address. We use it to send the newsletter and for nothing else. We do not share it with third parties.

Contact form

When you send a message through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message. This information is used to respond to you and is not retained beyond the period necessary to do so.

Server logs

Like any website, our servers automatically record certain technical information when you visit — including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time of access. This is a standard part of operating a web server. We use these logs for security and to keep the site functioning. We do not use them to identify or profile individual visitors.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your information.
  • We do not share it with advertising networks.
  • We do not use tracking technologies to follow you across other websites.
  • We do not use your email address for anything other than what you signed up for.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and request that we delete it. Use the contact page to do so.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects how your information is handled, we will update this page and note the date of the change.
